At SC Pretty Boutique, we want to make sure that everyone understands our policy. Please carefully read the following, as it details our policy regarding return/refunds:

All Sales Are Final, except in the rare situations detailed below, purchases cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.

In unfortunate events that an item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at scprettyboutique@gmail.com.  After evaluation and determining its validity, we will offer a replacement or refund.

In any event that your order has been delivered with error, (wrong item) please get in touch with us right away. Once verified, we will look into the situation and make arrangements to either send the correct item or issue a refund.
